Blog – Author’s Story!
A little bit into the journey that is me.
So, I am a Canadian girl born in Toronto, Ontario I am 44 my name is Lizy J. Campbell. I was always artist at heart. I grew up in love with color and felt the world was beautiful. It stopped however when for a time I had lost me. I became interested in making other people happier and I forgot about what it was to be me.
I was lost, but then once I stood my ground and realized my worth I remembered the love I had for paints and words and the combination of everything that made sense.
I had two kids, a single mom. Moved around a lot, but found a paintbrush and picked it up.
Now I use words to paint pictures too, an author of poetry, children’s books and even a little fantasy on occasion. I am a self-taught artist, illustrator and now Publisher in Cornwall, Ontario. A small town with big dreamers.
I didn’t know just how much I fit in until the last weeks hearing all these entrepreneurs talk about the aspiring goals they want to achieve; a lot like me.
So, I am publishing, painting, crocheting on occasion and even writing too.

I was born and raised in Northern Ontario in a little town called Hearst Ontario Canada.
I am a co-author of seven books. Listed below.

I was born to be a change-maker through the hard life struggles no child should ever go through. A survivor of child abuse neglect and abandonment. In and out of homes and hospitals.
I am a mother of four children. Three living and one passed from stillborn. I am the proud stepmom to three beautiful girls I consider my children as well so seven in all.
I am a woman with a strong straightforward truth. I don’t sugarcoat the hard truths. I stand on my story to create a change.
I am women who seek the truth. Seek changes, peace, love and prayers. I am imperfect and beautiful I serve humanity. I serve tea strong tea. The tea of difference is the everyday person taking pain and turning it into triumph.
I live my life with mental health, trauma and broken pieces that were made through my chapters in life. The chapters of overcoming and trying again and again.
In my past time, I enjoy writing what can I say I enjoy the feel of pen to paper. I love nature walks, pictures taking of nature, water and skies. I enjoy gardening and restoring furniture.
I have a passion for driftwood and seashells. My favourite colours are blue and orange. I enjoy listening to all genres of music depending on the moods and environment I’m in.
I enjoy college and poster creations love using pictures and videos to relate messages of inspiration motivation and hope to never give up.
